Create your Leavory account

One account gives you access to every Leavory product: Security Gate, Image Scan, Keycloak analyzed and, for subscribers, the Workspace.

Before you start

• Use a work email. Free email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted.
• Have an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password. The 6-digit code (OTP) is required on every sign-in.

Step by step

1. Go to hub.leavory.com and choose create account.
2. Enter your name and work email.
3. Leavory shows a temporary password, only once. Copy it before closing the screen.
4. Sign in for the first time with your email and the temporary password.
5. Set your permanent password.
6. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

Done: you land on the Leavory Hub.

If you close the screen without copying the password, you can’t see it again. Contact support to get a new one.

Common issues

Situation	What to do
“Use a work email”	The email domain is on the list of free providers. Use your company email.
Authenticator code rejected	Make sure your phone’s time is set automatically. The code changes every 30 seconds.
I changed phones and lost my authenticator	Contact support to reset the account’s OTP.
